Peter David is a local, family owned business established in 1996. All our staff are local people and know the local market. Estate Agency is not just about finding a buyer, it is also about guiding an agreed sale to a successful conclusion. What does it cost to sell my home with Peter David? Our standard fee is payable on completion, we are paid having done the job for you otherwise we are not paid. Our standard sale fee is 1% plus vat, 1.2% in total (subject to a minimum fee of £1250.00 plus vat, £1500.00 in total) payable on completion. Throughout the year we also run promotional fees and will compete against any fee you have been offered. Ask in branch for details of what we can do to win your business.

I have been extremely fortunate enough to deal with Sherrie and the team at the town centre branch now for just over three years.
Having already used *********** in the past where i had a pretty appaling experience i was always going to be apprehensive using another agent.
With my time with Peter David, they have provided me an excellent and trustworthy service. Always found me great tenants which have proved to be exactly what i required. I have enjoyed working with them all and without them i don't think it would have been possible to carry on as a landlord.
The only reason i am leaving their service is because a family member is taking over the house now.
