Peter David is a local, family owned business established in 1996. All our staff are local people and know the local market. Estate Agency is not just about finding a buyer, it is also about guiding an agreed sale to a successful conclusion. What does it cost to sell my home with Peter David? Our standard fee is payable on completion, we are paid having done the job for you otherwise we are not paid. Our standard sale fee is 1% plus vat, 1.2% in total (subject to a minimum fee of £1250.00 plus vat, £1500.00 in total) payable on completion. Throughout the year we also run promotional fees and will compete against any fee you have been offered. Ask in branch for details of what we can do to win your business.

We offer free, no obligation sales valuations 7 days a week, including evenings. No need to take time out of work. To arrange a convenient free, no obligation, sales valuation please contact any of our offices.
