Our sales staff are always in contact with our buyers so we can advise you when a property is coming to market which may suit your needs, so we do encourage you to engage with our staff as some houses are sold even prior to marketing. We know our builders and developers, we know our first time buyers ready to buy as well as our investors looking for a buy to let or development opportunity. We know our buyers who have sold and may be looking to down size or find a larger family home. Through good communication we will guide you, the buyer, to properties we are selling which may suit your needs.
